In the event of a package return due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we'll promptly reach out to arrange reshipment. Please note, redelivery charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. However, if there is no attempt or response for redelivery, your order will be canceled, and a refund issued, less a 20% restocking fee.

If the tracking information confirms delivery but you haven't received your package,

please notify us promptly for a search inquiry.

It is important to acknowledge that once a package is marked as delivered, any subsequent loss or damage is beyond our liability. In such instances, please reach out to the courier directly for guidance. While our packages aren't shipped insured, we do personally insure them until they are scanned in for delivery by the courier. Beyond this point, responsibility shifts from us, and any issues post-delivery scan should be addressed through the courier's channels.

At Rebelonging, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. Due to the unique nature of our business, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges on any items purchased on our website.

All items are sold on a final sale basis.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

We ask that you  understand that condition on vintage items can be subjective and that each person may have different standards for what constitutes acceptable condition. The items we sell are all pre-owned unless stated otherwise. This means signs of wear should always be expected.
